Please understand there are NO returns or refunds once an order has been placed as all items are produced on a made-to-order basis in the style and size of your choice. Mrs | A | reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘change of mind’ as it is your sole responsibility to check the item descriptions and sizing guide before making any purchase.
If however you are unhappy with the fit or if the item is deemed faulty, it can be exchanged within 7 days after the delivery date. Items must be unworn with the tags still attached. For sanitary reasons, please try on top of underwear before removing tags.
The customer is responsible to send back the items to the address provided.
(NOTE: I do not reimburse for any return shipping, but will cover the costs of re delivery).
Any faulty items that have been returned will be fixed/remade and sent back to you within 5 business days after the item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is ready for re delivery.
Items marked as "SALE" or discounted with a promo code are FINAL SALE. NO returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason will be issued.
